{"id":140,"date":"2007-03-27T22:17:29","date_gmt":"2007-03-27T20:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.henriska.com\/blog\/?p=140"},"modified":"2007-03-28T07:36:06","modified_gmt":"2007-03-28T05:36:06","slug":"privacy-and-the-things-the-blogophere-brings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.henriska.com\/blog\/2007\/03\/privacy-and-the-things-the-blogophere-brings\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy, and the things the blogophere brings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I read 2 blog entries today that basically covered the same thing and started me thinking what I am doing here and why I have&nbsp; a blog.&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/maxkaizen.com\/2007\/03\/27\/its-been-coming-time-to-play-indoors-again\/\">The first<\/a> was from <a href=\"http:\/\/maxkaizen.com\/\">Max<\/a> on <a href=\"http:\/\/headrush.typepad.com\/creating_passionate_users\/2007\/03\/as_i_type_this_.html\">Kathy Sierra<\/a> and treads around what one say.&nbsp; I think the important thing to recognise is that there will always be people that will not like what one says.&nbsp; Just like in normal life, there is the weirdos and things is no different in the blogging world.<\/p>\n<p>The other one is from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tania.co.za\/collective\/blog.nsf\">Tania<\/a> and her so called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tania.co.za\/collective\/blog.nsf\/dx\/20070327\">identity crisis<\/a>.&nbsp; I purposly did not call my domain my name but something totally arbitory.&nbsp; Where the name &#8220;henriska&#8221; comes from is a story I will tell at another time or if we ever meet face to face then ask me.<\/p>\n<p>What has this all got to do with me.&nbsp; I blog because I have an opinion about certain things and like to share it. But with this comes some responsibility.&nbsp; Do not share information that is privilege to you.&nbsp; People tell one things in confidence and the biggest no-no is to break that confidence.
