{"id":147,"date":"2007-04-08T11:13:52","date_gmt":"2007-04-08T09:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.henriska.com\/blog\/?p=147"},"modified":"2007-04-08T11:13:58","modified_gmt":"2007-04-08T09:13:58","slug":"do-i-comment-or-just-keep-quiet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.henriska.com\/blog\/2007\/04\/do-i-comment-or-just-keep-quiet\/","title":{"rendered":"Do I comment or just keep quiet?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reading my RSS feed this morning and looking at South African Blogs, I see one <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ruggaworld.com\/2007\/04\/08\/bangladesh-stun-south-africa-with-67-run-thrashing\/\">common theme<\/a>.&nbsp; Yes you are all correct &#8212; <a href=\"http:\/\/pakiscorner.blogspot.com\/2007\/04\/wat-die-donder-het-gebeur-met-die.html\">everybody<\/a> has <a href=\"http:\/\/pakiscorner.blogspot.com\/2007\/04\/banglawho.html\">something to say<\/a> about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cricketworldcup.com\/\">CWC cricket<\/a> and the fact that SA lost to Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>This made me think .. is this realy so surprising.&nbsp; I think not.&nbsp; Why did we became number 1 in One Day Cricket?&nbsp; If you think about it then it is only because we played home series agaist 2 teams (India and Paktistan) that neither made the second round.&nbsp; Oh and Australia had other things on their mind after winning the Ashes and before the world cup when they lost 5 ODI&#8217;s to New Zealand.&nbsp; So just looking at this .. do South Africa realy deserve to be Number 1 in ODI cricket.&nbsp; I think not and it is starting to show.&nbsp; We were lucky to win against Sri Lanka in any case.<\/p>\n<p>Now I have said my bit also so if anybody disagrees with me feel free to comment.
