Academically I have obtained a B.Sc degree majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science and Operational Research. I have also obtained an Honours degree in Business Administration.

I have over 23 years experience in the ICT field working my way up from programming to management. Technically I have skills covering desktops to mainframes, operating systems from Windows to VM on mainframes and various database management systems. Most of my experience lies around managing development projects and implementation of these developed systems.

Over the last couple of years my emphasis was on using computer technologies like the Internet and Open Source Solutions to improve business processes and solve business problems. Strategically it is important today to use expensive and scarce resources optimally.

I operated at management and director level the last couple of years where my main responsibility was the strategic use of Information and Communications Technology and resources to benefit the organisation.
My philosophy is that computer technologies should be used to add to the bottom line of a business and enhance business productivity.

I believe that my skill and experience can add valuable benefit to any business.
